According to the customer’s specific problem we will remotely through telephone undergo a preliminary fault analysis and a possible fault solving. For those cases that could not be solved on telephone, we through ITIL service management platform transfer the case to our nationwide onsite engineers who will arrive on the site immediately to handle the fault, and as well through our customer service keeping on progressive tracking of the progress and condition of our engineers at the customer’s site, recording all the progress and case update on our ITIL service management platform. To make sure that our customers are following our services on their premises, we provide them with a single login account to our ITIL service management platform, which enable our customers to use internet to login into our service management system to perform tracking of our engineers deployed on their site.
